Oasis Maids began in December 2011 when business partners Eric and Nolan decided they wished to provide residents in the area with the best residential cleaning at the most affordable price. We believe it is this principle that will set us apart from our fellow competitors and satisfy every customer.
Since December 2011, we have grown to serve Temecula and Murrieta. We are a fresh company with high expectations and growth potential. We are staffed with highly qualified cleaning specialists with more than 25 years worth of combined experience.

Q. Are you a franchise or Referral Agency?
No, we are a privately owned business and employ each of our cleaning specialists within Oasis Maids. We do not sub-contract our services to independent house cleaners. This business practice allows our company to offer our clients a professional cleaning service at a lowest rate possible. As an up and coming small business we value what we do, the clients we serve, and community we service.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract with Oasis Maids?
No, we do not require contractual agreements for service. Our services are provided, as needed to suit any and all your need. We provide a service for as long as you wish and at a frequency you think is best.
Q. How long have you been in business?
We are a relatively new company with high expectations and an unparalleled business ethic. Our cleaning specialists have more than 25 years of combined experience in professional residential cleaning. We pride ourselves in recruiting only the best cleaning specialists to take care of all your homes cleaning needs.
Q. Are you insured?
Yes, we are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We have a General Liability Insurance Policy and a great working relationship with Allied Insurance Agency.

Q. What cleaning products do your employees plan to use in our home?
Here at Oasis Maids, our employees only clean with GREEN products and use them in all our services.
Q. What are GREEN cleaning products?
GREEN products promote a healthier environment in and out of your home. GREEN products do not contain ingredients that are harmful to the ozone, environment, and pets or children.
Q. What are Aromatherapy Cleaning Products?
GREEN products are used for all of our cleaning services; however, at your request we can use Aromatherapy All-Natural Cleaning products. Aromatherapy All-Natural Cleaning Products have no chemicals, preservatives, fillers, synthetic fragrances, no artificial colors and no toxins. Most importantly these products are safe to use around your pets and children. These natural cleaning products, infused with 100% pure essential oils, not only clean your home they leave it smelling fresh.
Q. I’m not sure what to choose, the Deep Clean or the Signature Service. What is the difference?
Our Deep Clean service is a one-time deep clean of your home. This service is based on the size of your home, but typically average around 4 hours. Our Signature Service is also a four-hour recurring service for our customers who want their home cleaned once or twice a month. If you choose to have our Signature Service at a weekly occurrence, you will receive one deep clean and three maintenance cleanings for the month. The Signature Service rate and hours could slightly adjust based on the size of your home and how frequent you wish to have our specialists visit your home.
Q. I’ve reviewed the website, and filled out the free estimate form. What happens next?
We will send you an email with your price quote for your customized service. Click “accept my proposal” and we will begin the scheduling process. We will also give you a courtesy call after you receive your price quote to answer any follow-up questions you may have.
Q. I’ve customized my service and we’ve schedule an appointment. What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation call the day prior to your service appointment. On the day of your appointment we will do a brief walk-through of your home to conduct an onsite assessment before cleaning. Initial cleaning usually takes longer than subsequent cleanings and will not affect your flat rate.
Q. What should I do before the cleaning specialist(s) arrives?
Please prep your home to the best of your ability. Items not addressed in your customized estimate need to be address prior to our arrival (i.e. clothes on the floor, toys, dishes, and etc.).
Q. Will the same cleaning specialist come to my home for my scheduled appointments?
Yes, if you are participating in your Signature Service you will have the same cleaning specialist(s) for each visit.
Q. What will it cost to have my home cleaned?
The cost will depend on how you customize your service. We provide an affordable rate for all of our professional cleaning services. Our rates will vary with our Signature Service depending on the frequency of the service. Our rates include homes of different sizes no matter the rooms that need cleaning. Add-On services are a separate cost. Please call our office if you have any specific questions.
Q. Can I reschedule or change my appointment?
Yes, you can change or reschedule your service, providing us with adequate notice. If you are participating in our Signature Service package and need to change or cancel an appointment, we will be happy to reschedule at your next available date. If you need to adjust the time please call us 48 hours in advance.
Q. Will I be rescheduled if my service falls on a holiday?
Yes, we will notify you in advance if your next service falls on a holiday and reschedule at your next available date.
Q. Does someone have to be home at the time of service?
We prefer if someone could be in the home that is at least 18 years of age. If there are children in the home, then we ask that there would be someone in the home that is at least 21 years of age. If no one will be home, we can make arrangements to clean your home with access to keys and alarm codes.
Q. If I am not home, how will you get in my house?
We prefer to have someone in the home while we are present. However, we understand that our customers have busy schedules and your time is precious. If no one will be home, we will make arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment to gain access to your house key and alarm code (if applicable). We are capable of retaining your house key in our secure key box for as long as you want us to continue providing our services in your home.
Q. What happens if I am not happy with the service that was provided?
If you are not happy with the service we provided you, please contact us immediately. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We provide a 24-hour guarantee with our services. We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you.
Q. When/How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We require payment in full at the conclusion of your service. Our preferred method is auto bill pay through your “My Account” with our secured billing service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, as well as payment by check or cash.
Q. How many hours will the cleaning specialist(s) be in our home?
We base our cleaning service on four hours of labor. The hours of service will adjust dependent on the size of your home. On average, when one cleaning specialist is present they will provide four hours of cleaning. Two Cleaning specialists provide two hours of labor which is the equivalent to four hours of cleaning by one specialist.
Q. Will we get a discount if one member of the home is active in the military?
Yes, here at Oasis Maids we aim to show our gratitude to the men and women who serve in the Armed Forces. We provide a 10% military discount on all of our professional cleaning services and Add-On services to active duty military families.
Q. Do I get a discount if I am a senior?
Yes, we want to show appreciation to our seniors by providing a 10% discount on all of our professional cleaning services and Add-On services to those over the age of 60.
Q. How does the Bundle Package work?
Promotional offers for our services will vary throughout the year. The bundle package combines one of our professional residential cleaning services with various Add-On services at a discounted rate.
